Note: You do not go before any judge of any courtroom in a disorganized state
Principles for preparing your case before God the judge (To be done preferably at midnight - Luke 18:1-8)
1.) Surrender every area of your life to Jesus. (Become born again and verbally tell God you surrender all areas to His control)
2.) You must give up all your sins. Don't continue living in sin. You will not get a hearing or be even granted access to talk if you do.
3.) Carry out a thorough cleansing of your life to ensure that Satan has no legal claim upon you. (Deliverance - Can do this by yourself at home using personal deliverance websites, manuals/books or visit a bible believing church that specializes in such).
4.) Don't go to God's courtroom in a disorganized manner. Organize/write down your petition in a logical manner. Don't pray vagabond prayers (e.g. Ten different concerns in quick succession praying all over the place). Tell the Lord how the enemy has been harassing you & how with this you can't effectively do what God wants you to.
5.) Come to the courtroom by the blood of Jesus.
6.) Request for a hearing from the judge of the whole earth ( "Lord, I come into the courtroom of Heaven by the blood of Jesus & am requesting that I be allowed to get into the courtroom to plead my case. I do that by the blood of Jesus") - With a short prayer like that you are inside already.
7.) Ask the holy Spirit to help you state your case well.
8.) Find & use relevant scriptures related to the particular case you need solution for ( E.g. http://m.peacechurch-cr.org/resources/scripture-life.cfm).
9.) Pray that God register you as a divine attorney in his court.
10.) Pray that your case gets divine preference.
11.) Drag every enemy of your soul to the court of the almighty.
12.) Tell the Lord to avenge you of your adversaries.
13.) Ask God to bring satan into the judgement room too.
14.) Cry out that the Court of Heaven should put a restraining order on Satan now because he is already fully at work.
15.) Ask the court of Heaven to force Satan to take his hands off your life.
16.) Ask that they do to your enemies what they did in Balaam's case (that is that all their curses toward you be converted to blessings).
17.) Drag some powers to that court & ask God to judge so that anytime they open their mouths to curse you, it shall be blessings that come out.
18.) Research petition template and possibly use to prepare your written prayer which you plan to read out (E.g https://www.template.net/business/word-templates/petition-template/).
