(1.) The next worst thing outside hell fire is a bad marriage.

For you to locate the right partner you need to get favor from the Lord (Proverbs 18:22). God has favorites don't be deceived by anyone who says He loves everyone equally. Some people know what will happen in this country in the next 10 years as God has revealed such secrets to them.
If the favor of heaven enters your life you will never make a mistake.
How can you obtain favor and be close to God?
You are as close to God as you choose to be. If you increase your prayer temperature, bible reading, meditation, witnessing you start getting closer but if you decrease these things, your fire starts shrinking.
The more you move close to God, the more of His favor falls upon you. Conversely, the more you move away from God, the more your spiritual temperature cools down.

Marriages that must not hold
(1.) Fast food marriage - based on superficial things like quirks and physical appearance alone. Once that diminishes the marriage dies.
(2.) Serpent in the pocket marriage - marrying an unbeliever even though the person is acceptable initially is like putting a serpent in your pocket; eventually the serpent will bite. One secret is that there is no nice person. The only nice people are those that remain connected to God.
(3.) Red Cross society marriage - Marriage based on accidental pregnancy and abortion.
(4.) Thus saith the devil marriage - Marriage based on demonic consultation.
(5.) Rebellious marriage - Marriage without clear divine approval (when heaven does not approve).
(6.) Syringe marriage - Marriage based on blood covenants. Mixing blood of your partner with yours and forming covenants not to marry other people no matter what. If the blood covenants are broken such marriages end in disaster.
(7.) Maximum prison marriage - Marriage based on demonic control, domination and manipulation.
(8.) Half bread marriage - Choosing to take whatever you can get due to waiting too long (e.g. marrying a drunkard) A bad marriage is worse than living alone.
(9.) Laboratory marriage - Marrying based on trial and error instead of seeking the face of God. Random sampling is done (E.g. testing the food, manners of more than one potential spouse).
(10.) Diabetes marriage - Marriage based on material or financial interest. You don't like the person but you just like their money. That's why for example you see some 17 year olds marrying 70 year olds, or model-like women marrying shocking spouses (Obese, bad hygiene etc.). Once you have a fiance/fiancee that is always asking for monetary favors (e.g. buy me a mobile phone recharge card, snacks etc. on your way home) watch out...
(11.) Angelina to Devilina marriage - Marriage based on satanic prophecies which are inaccurate.
(12.) Kindergarten/Nursery school marriage - Marriage in which somebody is donated to a man at a young age. E.g. 8 year old girls given to 45 year old men.
(13.) Dark marriage - Marriages established by occultic names. The man likes you, you don't like him but he goes and does something to attract you by force. The spell usually falls off after the marriage is contracted.
(14.) The marriage of the strangers - Marriage to someone you don't know. The partner gets angry when you ask questions about their history or background. This is why marriage committee insists you court for at least 6 months before getting married so as to know the character of the person.
(15.) Wiper of tears marriage - Marriage based on sympathy not love. You just feel sorry for the person.
(16.) Bewitched marriage - You meet the person and bad things begin happening to you (E.g. Job loss, bashed car, lose loved ones to death). A person with a horrible character and you begin to think that they will change after wedding. Research has shown that those who have character disorders before marriage never change after marriage.
(17.) Baby marriages (Marriage without maturity) - That is why marriage must be between a man and a woman; not a boy and girl. You must be physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally mature before marriage. And, you must at least be able to look after yourself before you start to think of looking after another person. If you as a man your diet is not balanced before marriage and as a woman you cannot stand on your own; you should not think of entering a baby marriage.
(18.) Emergency marriage (i.e. No preparation, you just rush into it) - The person wants to travel overseas and says him and the woman must get married quickly before he travels. Most times the marriage is rushed, the groom goes overseas, abandoning his spouse who starts to struggle alone.
(19.) Distant marriage - E.g. Someone who met his wife for the first time at the airport and the woman eventually ran away or Selecting and purchasing your spouse from the internet like a commodity.
(20.) Show-glass marriage - Noisy marriages that attract problems. Why should you decide to feed people that are not hungry? Why are you impressing people who will not say thank you? In future, who will care about the number of cows killed on the day of your wedding? The noisiest wedding Dr. Olukoya has ever seen was that of Princess Diana and it is scattered now. Reception, cake, expensive suit and gown etc. are not compulsory. What is the use of being in debt after the marriage?
