What happens around you is not as important as what happens in you. You can control what happens in you.
Joy is a choice not a gift
Praise and speaking in tongues distabilize the enemy the most. That's why the enemy tries to make you angry to steal your joy

The enemy attempts to steal Christian's joy because it is a custodian of many spiritual dividends
Why does the enemy try to attack your joy?
Joy guarantees spiritual strength
Because joy guarantees and establishes health

Joy brings answers to prayers Ecc 5:19-20 (small joy, small answer, no joy, no answer, big joy, big answer. Don't quarrel with God
Joy brings harvest and increase which are tied to it Joel 1:10-12, Her 10:19. If there enemy wants to keep you small he steals your joy. Everything dries up around the unhappy
Joy is key to breaking through limitations Isaiah 55:12, Joshua 6:20
Joy is key to kingdom power and authority Romans 14:17
Joy is key to enemy defeat. Brings victory in battle 2 Chro 20:20
Joy establishes the presence of God in your life Psalm 16:11 (most critical). Joy keeps you with God so the devil attacks your joy when he wants to remove you from there Psalm 89:15
The choice for joy Phi 4:4 says rejoice in the Lord not your car, house or wife. God is enough. Habakkuk 3:18
Don't wait for people or things to make you joyful if not your joy will come under attack.

Nobody is gifted to be happy. If you refuse to be happy that is the choice you have made. Make up your mind that the devil will not determine your joy. No force under heaven or mortal human being will determine your Joy.
Situations are not the problem in life. Reactions to situations are the problem.
What happens around you is not as important as what happens in you. A problem is a situation that must be solved. A fact is a situation that must be accepted. Your height, tribe, gender are facts.
There is nothing new under the sun. Whatever you are confronting today has once been confronted and conquered. 1 Cor 10:13
There is nothing you are facing today that is not common. Somebody once confronted and collapsed it. Ecc 1:9
